Pickups (04:00–05:30)
Drivers swing through Old Quarter and Tay Ho first, then Long Bien/Gia Lam. You’ll receive a live location pin 10 minutes before arrival.

Vietnam exit
At Lao Bao, hand passports to our fixer. They manage the exit line, handle forms, and snap the exit stamp we need for E-Visa submissions.

Dansavanh (Laos)
Follow the fixer across no-man’s land, pay the visa fee (USD cash) if required, collect Laos entry + exit stamps, then return to the Vietnamese gate.

Back into Vietnam
Share a clear Vietnam entry stamp photo immediately so our visa desk can submit/push your 90-day E-Visa.

Lunch + Thanh Hoa
Grab lunch or eat the packed meal while we refuel in Thanh Hoa. We’ll update arrival times for each drop zone.

Return to Hanoi
Expect drop-offs between 18:00–20:00. We can finish in Old Quarter, Tay Ho, Gia Lam, or Noi Bai Airport with advance notice.

E-Visa follow-up
Watch WhatsApp/email for confirmation that your E-Visa or push request was submitted and again once the approval PDF lands.

- Passport must be valid 6+ months with two blank pages.
- Bring current Vietnam visa/TRC printouts if available.
- Shared seats allow one carry-on (55 cm) plus personal item.
- Laos visa fee is cash-only (USD) and varies by nationality.
